Got my roof replaced by them May 2023. Shingles and ALL plywood. Had a leak in my roof July 2023.

Amazing ! From beginning to end One Call Provided me with one of the best experiences to date. They were punctual and always came prepared. Estimate was great, project manager was phenomenal , work was done very efficiently and in a timely manor. One call cleaned up my property. If you are in need of any Windows, Roofs or Siding do not hesitate to call them ! They are a one stop shop. GREAT !!

It went well and we hope it will be the end of our roof leaks but the roof is almost at the end of it’s life.

Fantastic, the crew was great. Very punctual and finished the job in a day! The sales team was excellent not only do they provide a free estimate, but as well as follow up every couple days before the install to make sure everything will run smooth and efficiently. I’ve had much done to my house in the past year and one call construction has impressed me the most. And to make it better, they offer a 25 year warranty on not only the roof, but the work as well! So your covered all around! Definitely would recommend One Call for anyone who needs roofing work done!

 Clearly stated that there was a large hole in the roof after a tree fell.  When he was a no-show for the 1:30 pm appointment and n phone call received, called again and was told he was running late due to the rain.  YES, IT WAS RAINING AND I HAVE A GAPING HOLE IN MY ROOF!  Never showed and never called again.

They called back to setup an appt. The day of the appt they were a no show and they didn't respond to a phone message I left to see what happened to our appointment.

Called and scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to do gutter cleaning. The morning they were expected, I waited 30 min past scheduled time to call and check in on when they would arrive. I called twice, leaving a message to call me back. They never showed up and I never got a call back letting me know they would not be coming. Poor professionalism and responsiveness.

I USED ONE CALL CONSTRUCTION TO DO MY ROOF AFTER THIS HEAVY SNOW THAT WE HAD THIS PAST WINTER. THEY GAVE ME A NEW ROOF WITH TIMBERLINE SHINGLES AND NEW WHITE SEAMLESS GUTTERS. THEY NOTICED THAT THE CHIMNEY HASENT BEEN CLEANED AND INCLUDED A FREE CLEANING AND A STAINLESS STEEL CAP FOR THE SAME PRICE. WOULD DEF. USE THEM IN FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THANK YOU SAMI AND THE CREW!!!!!!!!!!!

Snow build up on the roof had caused water to leak through window sills. One Call Construction was able to schedule the work in that afternoon when many of the other providers wouldn't return our call. The person who came to complete the job gave us a quote and was able to start work immediately. Job was completed on time. Management at One Call Construction kept on top of things so that issues were resolved amicably.

I think they are expensive but they did a good job.  They are dependable.

The staff was professional from the beginning.  It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they were punctual.  The job went off without a hitch.  I would definitely use them again.

When the technician came to give me the estimate, he was punctual and very professional. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I was very comfortable with his knowledge of the work I needed done. This company advertises that they will beat any legitimate written estimate. I had gotten prior estimates from some other contractors, the technician looked them over and gave me a lower price.  

The work crew arrived as scheduled. They did the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and showed me their work when they were finished.

I am very happy with the service I got from One Call Construction. I will be doing some masonry work in the Spring and I will definitely hire them to do the work.
