My recent move with Moving of America exceeded my expectations. I had to throw together a pretty large move quickly and was surprised at the professionalism and accommodations provided. Joey, my main representative, was able to come into my home within 2 days and put together an accurate quote for me. I liked how all of the confusing things were built into the price and I am really just paying the movers for their hard work and time. Last time I moved a few years ago, I used a different company, and the bill seemed to have an endless list of things I would have never thought of, and what I thought would be cheap price became a very high price. Moving of America was true to their reputation and I had no surprises on my bill. I really hope I don't need to move again soon but if I do I will 100 percent be using them again. My team leader of my moving team was Giovanny and he was super sweet and personable.

I had a very good experience with this company. They were efficient in keeping me updated through all steps of the move process. Joey and the team really take care in giving personal attention and great customer service. My only complaint is the move started much earlier in the day then I preferred, but I understand all request cant be accommodated. Still a 5 star experience overall!

First of all i dont think Angi is a good source for finding a good moving company i got a list of what i thought was 4 and 5 star movers and had direct contact with at least half of them, Moving of America is probably typical of how moving companies work all of the estimates were almost exactly the same, strange when you consider 4 of the 8 movers i contacted gave me an estimate without even coming over to look. The first thing i was told when the movers showed up was that they would probably be late getting to the new location cause their gps wasnt working, next thing that happened was the office called to see how I would be paying for the 2 or 3 extra overtime hours. It took a long time to wrap everything and load the truck things that didnt need to be wrapped and over wrapped everything to slow things down and keep that extra 2 to 3 hours overtime, finally after the truck was loaded they left before me, guess i left about 10 to 15 after them, when i got to the new location they werent there yet and i waited nearly 45 minutes for them to arrive, must have gotten lost, right? gps wasnt working and had to take a different route. While they were still working i was given the bill an final paperwork, thugh they were still working was told they would be finished at the exact time they said including overtime before they started. Why give someone a survey to fill out before the job is done, which they did no wonder they get such good reviews hard to say someone is terrible when he is standing right next to you. Use this company at your own risk in fact be careful of anything on this site, not accurate at all.

Well taken care of, both leading up to, during, and after the move.

They were great! Every step of the way. Office was on top of things, not that it was needed but it made us feel taken care of. Great group of guys came. Was a nice experience during a difficult time.

They gave you a estimate you agreed on then they try to add charges extra for no reason even after you signed the agreement and you didnâ t ask or do anything extra

The foreman was disrespectful and rude the rest of the crew was fine.

The three man team sent to make this move was informative as well cooperative.

Proposal was thorough and the pricing was reasonable. The 4 movers did a good job.

I had a great experience moving within town using Moving of America. Compared to other companies I called when I was starting to look into my move, this company was the most professional and attentive to what I needed. Since my move was coming together at the last minute, I was happy to get my quote over the phone instead of waiting for someone to visit me like they offered. We were able to set up a video chat, go through my entire home, and get a detailed offer, and do a full review of it all within an hour. The entire process was handled by Joey who was very patient and informative. Move day I had a great team; the head of the team was Kelvin. He was a nice hardworking guy, who was super reasonable and made sure to communicate with me while working and set up the new space how I wanted. The company makes a phone call the day before the move and during the move two times to keep you on the same page, but it did feel to be a bit much. Better safe than sorry, I guess. Overall, I think it went as well as possible and would recommend them!

I would recommend them to anyone. They have an incredible staff and the movers are very persistent and courteous.

Exceptional customer service experience from an excellent moving company. My items were in storage for a while and when I finally moved, Moving of America made the transition undamaged, fast and cost effective. I highly recommend them to all my family & friends.

For our last move, the group of gentlemen Herman, Robert & Yonatan that was sent by Moving of America to pack up and move me was simply excellent. They took their time in making sure that everything was properly packed, loaded and unloaded the next day. Even though I moved to a 3rd floor apartment, they were amazing and very diligent to make sure that all was delivered and undamaged. They were very pleasant and professional, and I definitely would use them again and wouldn't think twice to recommend them.

Great organization and business. As a contractor I was originally referred to use them by my customers realtor. Have known many of the team members from Moving of America both professionally and personally over the years. They're a great company to choose for residential or commercial moves.

The team ( ARMANDO, JOE, HERMAN) helped me move house in January 18. They were prompt, efficient and a very careful with our possessions. There were a few changes on the day and the team adapted excellently to them. I was so impressed I decided to store some items with them for a month and then used their services to move everything to a larger storage unit. I looked at using some much larger companies as well but am very pleased with the outcome of using Moving of America.

They did a great job for me and within two days. They packed some things for me as well, and did not break anything! That's very important to me!

Moving of America was fantastic. They were flexible and patient when my move date was changed more than once! The removal men were prompt, happy and friendly. They were clearly very good at their job. They went above and beyond when some furniture was too big for the new house. They thought creatively and managed to squeeze it in! I would definitely use again and recommend.

To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile. I was very pleased with this company and I will definitely call them back. Not only do I feel pleased that I called Movers of America but I felt safe that my furniture would be in perfect shape. Definitely worth giving them a call!

I've had a recent job opportunity that made me move from New Jersey to Michigan. We've hired Moving of America to assist us in moving and they absolutely did a fantastic job. We've had a bunch of delicate objects such as plates, ceramics’, etc and they handled it perfectly. No chips and cracks. One thing that shined about the service was that it was an incredible deal compared to other companies I called. Plenty of companies were happy to give me a low quote over the phone. The person who helped me at Moving of America advised me that the cheap companies are too good to be true. When I did my research that was totally right. The company I almost went with was known for doubling their price with all sorts of hidden cost. I had NO hidden cost on the day of the move and it stayed very close to the estimate! Also all the materials and everything they needed was included for one flat price. Super simple which made me feel a lot better. They were very courteous and professional while talking and moving our stuff. I would choose this company in a heartbeat if I were to move again!

Excellent service and worth every penny! I carefully read reviews for several companies before contracting with them and I could not be happier with my choice. Moving of America’s service shined from the initial estimate call from Ewelina to the completion of the move. The movers were true professionals and the crew, led by Joe, arrived promptly the morning of the move with their sleeves rolled up and ready to work. The three men crew - worked for four hours straight. They took apart our 2-bedroom apartment and put it back together in no time. Service was friendly and effective, and they made sure every piece of furniture was wrapped to perfection! Overall it was a great experience. Our whole moving process felt like a breeze! We didn’t have to worry about anything because Moving of America took care of EVERYHTING! Thank you so much for making our moving transition so easy and stress free!!!!!
