The owner was punctual, polite, responsive (email/phone) and knowledgeable. He provided good arguments on the pros and cons of each type of flooring for our basement. Based on his expert opinion we decided to use vinyl instead of laminate in the basement. The assortment of products in their store is good. We picked new carpet for stairs and cheaper remnants for the basement stairs. The installation crew was on time, neat, polite and professional. They did a great, neat job. The owner came in before the end to deem the project complete and to ensure the job was well done and left a few spare pieces of carpet for future small repairs if needed.Although it was not cheap, the price was competitive. We are very satisfied and would recommend their services.

His work was absolutely beautiful. In the estimate process, he spent (2) hours to inspect, measure and make sure his installers would have no problems. He performed a moisture check to make sure he was using the right product. He spent all the time you could possibly want giving details about the job. We couldn't have been more satisfied. He stood out in terms of the preparation he did, willingness to give great service and the explanation of all the details of the job. For any flooring work in the future, he will be my first call. I could not give him a higher recommendation.

We had natural carpet installed in our baby room, our experiene was very good with Glen and Company. The carpet is expensive but if you are really thinking to put something which is very natural and complelety non-toxic then i guess one has to spend but at the end you live peacefully that your baby is living on the best carpet. They really have great natural carpets which are hard to find elsewhere. They showed us the carpet in the showroom and we discussed about the carpet style, color and padding, they provided details of which one would be the better one to suit for our need. Glen was very responsive and did great followup at every stages of the entire process, we changed mind from one room to another and he was very accomodating to come back and take measurements for the new room. Installation was done great and we like the carpet and highly recommend anyone to use them.

They come on time and do excellent work.

Their products have been failing after several months. What they said they would be doing at first is not the case so far. They charged me for fixing things. It was a huge job. The work is not able to hold up properly due to the heavy traffic we have. They have been responding, but without an answer. Initially work looked good, but now it started breaking up.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He called after the job was done to be sure that the installation was satisfactory. The installers were skilled and pleasant and cleaned up after themselves.

The estimate was for approximately $7000. They were really friendly, and it was a pleasant experience dealing with them. Everything was fine. However, we did not use Kaprelian Carpet and Flooring as we had a friend who did the work for cheaper.

He came when he said he would pick up the rug. He also came when he said he would to deliver the new cut rug. He also stated he would leave the extra cuts on teh back porch. When he delivered the rug, it was all rolled up. I could not see if the rug was the correct cut. They did not install the carpet. The carpet was only 7'x9'. He ended the sale poorly and I am not satisfied.

We ordered the flooring and Kaprelian scheduled the installation. They came on the appointed day at exactly the time they said they would. The installation was completed as they promised and the overall job is great. The people at Kaprelian are very professional and want their customers to be happy. The final price was consistant with their estimate We think they do an outstanding job and will use their services whenever there is an opportunity.

The owner came to the house with samples. He arrived on time and was courteous. He did extra research on our behalf to find the right kind of carpet and consider health issues, which is commendable. The samples were very good, but the price was too high.

Our basement flooded and we needed to replace the carpeting. Glen Kaprelian (the owner) was very helpful in helping to get the right carpet style and color at a fair price. The work was done very well and the carpet looks great.
