Working with Jamie was a positive experience from star to finish! He communicated promptly, followed through on plans reliably, conducted himself with extreme professionalism, tuned our piano efficiently and with great quality, educated us about tuning, and explained how he’d stay in touch without any pressure. We’ll certainly work with him again! You should too!

It went very well, we were satisfied and amazed by his knowledgeable and skillful service. Best of all, James is very honest and amicable. In the future, If we have any issue with piano, we would consult and call him back again. Thank you so much James for taking care of our piano.
