Mike’s Gutters is a horrendous, horrendous company… plus they have the worst customer service you can imagine. And I’ve known this company for over 15 years. At the beginning, with the original owner (Mike), they were great. They installed new gutters on our house and even did some follow up work. But later on, they had to came back, to fix a defective part that they had installed. However, without the original company owner on site (Mike), they just replaced it with some “leaders” that turned out to be even worse (they were bent and cut up). I’ve texted them over 8 times (with no response), I’ve left 10 phone messages, and I’ve even called both of their business numbers over 10 times. Their answer: Nothing. They just won’t respond. And we never got our “warranted repairs”. I’ve even waited months for their return or their call back, but they’ve never called back, nor showed up. Now, it’s like if, once they put up the gutters and get paid, they won’t come back, won’t respond or return your calls. They just move on to the next customers (or victims), to give them a bad experience too. In summary, keep away from Mike’s Gutters. They are the worst. And like I said, I’ve known them for over 15 years. So run away, run away fast, and save yourself a gutter dilemma, and a financial headache.

Mike came and gave a competitive estimate but also included some extra services for the price. His crew did an excellent job and were very friendly. The house came out clean, the gutters look like new. . I would definitely use them again

Miguel called the afternoon I asked for the quote. He came by the next day, gave the quote (which we approved) and did the work right at that time -- cleaned gutters, minor repair to a lead. Miguel was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely call him again in the Fall.

Never showed up for initial estimate visit

Arrived on time and completed the job satisfactorily and quickly at a reasonable price.

They didn't clean the drain leading from the front of the house under ground to the curb they told my husband that they don't clean sewer lines. If this is their profession how do you not know the difference between a drain & sewer pipe.

The team showed up on time and got right to it. Without a word on guy got on the gutters, one got the pressure washer out, while the third started applying the cleaner to the house. They were totally done in just two hours, the house looks great, water is flowing down the way it should. Plus, before they fisished all the outside windows were washed to remove any cleaner or dirt, and the whole area was picked up. Very satisfied, highly recomend Mike and his people.......

It went very well, as the last time I had hired them. They gave me an estimate for gutter cleaning and had it done the same day. Now when it rains there isn't any rain overflowing over on the deck and water flows through without any problems

They arrived at 8am on the dot and got straight to work. They did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I was very happy with everything about the new gutters and gutter guards install. We have a lot of gutters and with Mike's help we will worry less! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
