He is extremely busy, which is a good sign, because he does a lot of new homes that are going up in the area. He is used by several builders, including mine, which is how I got to know him. I?ve never had any problems with his work. He makes suggestions about different things. I use timers all the time in my house and he showed me some of the newest technology. He doesn?t try to force anything on you. All the people who work for him are very nice. I feel completely comfortable leaving my home and having them work here all day.
