I was a little bit disappointed on how much time they spent working on my job. After doing some research I found that they did not follow the general protocol that is recommended. I also found them to be a bit pushy. They came out for a relatively small job, and were trying to push for more work quoted at about $700 additional. It turns out that several of those recommendations should never have been made!
