Michael trapped and removed a raccoon from the attic, got rid of the mice and the fleas which were also infesting the attic, screened all openings, and made the house liveable again. He did everything we hoped for and more. His price was very reasonable and his attention to detail was very gratifying to us as homeowners. I would recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem. We had several other people come to look at the situation, and he was far and away the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and most creative in finding workable solutions to a complicated problem.

He arrived early and prepared. He knew just where to look and did a thorough inspection. He showed me the problem and sprayed areas with the crickets and the perimeter of my home.He was polite. He knew what to do and did a great job.

The ants disappeared. I believe I have already reviewed Exit Pest. The first time they got rid of squirrels in the attic and carpenter ants.

After having a termite swarm, they came to do an inspection, explained the problem and gave a time frame for completing the treatment. they gave a competitive price versus another quote from a highly rated Angie's List exterminator, and the job was done smoothly. Michael & his assistant were professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I'm a first time home owner and inherited a deck that's heavily infested with carpenter bees. Damages on the wood has been years in the making and there were holes and gaps all over the deck. Mike was punctual, courteous and thorough. He quoted me a price that's one third of the quote from another exterminator and honored the coupon from Angie's list. He did his job efficiently and gave me many valuable tips. It was a really pleasant experience! I will definitely use him again if needs ever arise.

I am in a process of buying a home in Bergen County. I called Mike for Termite Inspection. He did the inspection for free, and did charge any money for this service. I spend over 30 minutes in the crawl space with a torch and knife and looked at every corner to make sure that the home is termite free. He also educated me on what type of treatments were probably used earlier at the house by looking at the holes on the stairs. I plan to call him to provide the treatment / prevention service once I own the house.

I called today and he was able to come out today. He plugged up any holes where he thought the mice might be coming from, put down traps, and best of all, provided a year warranty on his service, in case the mice come back.

Had a squirrel in the chimney. He opened the flue and was eye to with the squirrel who was full of energy. Informed us that if he attempted to remove the squirrel at that point, the squirrel could easiler run out leaving soot all over the house. He said to call later in the week and he would come remove the squirrel when the squirrel was weaker. No charge!

Mice in attic which cannot be accessed. Mike examined roof & determined it was a mice infestation. Made certain by putting down bait through roof vents. Treated situation accordingly. So far "noises" are gone. Certainly seemed to know what he was talking about and would use him again as well as recommend. Altogether made three visits. I thought price was reasonable.

He was great. He worked with me. He came pretty much upon the date that I was able to be here and it was right after 2-3 days after I called. He came and did everything. I had to call him back for one room and they came back in the day after I called them and redid that room. I’ve had no problems since. He did not charge me anything to come back since it was guaranteed. Their prices were reasonable.

The owner and his son arrived promptly on time and went right down to business. I showed them where I thought the problem was, and they worked efficiently. I already caught 4 crickets thanks to them! They were friendly and their service was excellent. I didn't want them to spray in the house and they offered to come back free of charge if the problem persisted and I changed my mind.
