When we started looking into having a pool built, it was daunting, to say the least. Reviews on the internet were so simple and barely said more than if they were satisfied or unhappy. I called a couple of places, made appointments, and was actually disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the people that you are speaking with. No one I spoke with made me feel comfortable until Anthony came along. When we started our pool process, we had only purchased our home nine months prior, so a home equity loan was kind of out the window and unfortunately, I do not have loads of cash sitting in the bank. Fortunately, Dell offered financing through Lyon Financial, which was exactly what we needed to make our backyard a reality. Dell not only guided us through the permit and construction process but also through financing. Rich was great through all of the paperwork. The process of getting the loan was easier than buying a car!!! A pool to many people is a luxury, but I do not think people realize how easy it is. We started the process in March 2020 or shall I say the beginning of quarantine. Anthony promised I would be swimming by Memorial Day and he kept that promise. Now to be honest, because of quarantine, Anthony and I actually did not meet until July. He sold us our pool over the phone and not once made us feel like we were not as important as someone who had just walked into the showroom. If you are questioning who to use or whether you can afford it, Dell can make it happen!

Anthony, Martin, Darek and the rest of the Dell team were with me every step of the way in making a dream come true. After getting a good feel for my aesthetic, Dell provided terrific guidance and great support on this project which was one of my first major undertakings as a homeowner. Responsive to any question or concern and always looking to satisfy the customer, I would recommend Dell highly. It was one of the best things I ever did. Thanks Dell Pools.

The quality of the plantings were not good, they were defective. Lots of issues and they had to come back and replant and even those are still dying. The irrigation project went OK, they came back and remedied. The sod was OK. The workers did the paving project very well.....Update 1/16/2020....... The top soil is full of dog excrement and I am not very happy with that and I was unable to plant anything.

My first review of anything. Normally I would take the hit and keep going, but these guys are not the most honest. I had trees removed and my backyard was a disaster. Piles of old pavers and a hefty pile of wood chips from the trunk grinding. Called these guys. Phil came out to look and i told him that i wanted a nice smooth yard with TOPSOIL so I could finally grow grass. This included removal of EVERYTHING and putting down a layer of topsoil since my yard was all fill dirt from decades past. Was told it was no problem and will be quick and easy. It looks like they put very little effort into re-sloping and grading my yard. There was 2 thick root masses still sticking out of the ground, they did not remove them they just tried to cover them with dirt so there are two bumps/mounds where they are. It also looks to me like they did not remove all the wood chips from the stump grinding. Wood chips are starting to surface where the pile was. I did not dig into it to see if there is still chips under the dirt They did NOT cover my yard in TOPSOIL, instead I got very poorly screened dirt/sand/rock mix. After 2 Weeks of watering every six hours all I got is patchy crab grass and a backyard incapable of growing grass. The yard is at least 50% exposed rocks since what little dirt/sand has since washed away. One more little thing, they said it was gonna cost and extra $400 to $600 to remove all the bricks I had. They charged me $875! They said it was because nobody wanted those kinds of bricks. I have been in construction, that statement is hog wash. For the first time in my life I called to complain. They sent over the owner (I did not know this at the time) to look at it. This guy, Anthony is something special. The very first words out of his mouth were a total lie. I am just gonna write some wonderful words he said to me. Keep in mind I had never met this guy and he had never seen my yard before this. 1. My boss just chewed me out, what is the problem? A - He is the owner, he is the boss 2. Oh, wow, my guys did a really nice job, i gotta take a picture. A - He had no idea what it looked like before 3. I have no problem taking people to court, I do it all the time. A - I had said nothing about not paying or anything 4. What, its not like this was a $15000 job! A - So if it is not big enough they will just screw you over, got it. 5. This is what we use for top soil. A - when I pointed out that dirt and rocks are not TOPSOIL 6. They come up over time. A - when I asked how there were rocks bigger than golf balls all over the place. There is truth to that statement, but not in this capacity. So, it is been a few phone calls and no actual help from these people. The customer support guy Rich, is a super nice guy but that does not help, and at this point I am starting to think that was just an act as well. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Also, Dell outdoor and Dell landscaping is the same company. You have been warned.

All we can say is... WOW! From the first meeting with Anthony in our barren backyard, conception of plan, to execution of our thoughts, Dell hit a homerun! Every team member is knowledgeable and a master of their craft. Thank you for listening and making our thoughts a reality! Sitting in our spa overlooking a new beautiful patio area just keeps taking our breath away. If you ever need anything from hardscape to landscape, Dell is your only phone call!

Tremendous work by Dell Landscaping to install my Aluminium Fence. Beau was cordial and a great rep for this company, and the project came out wonderful. Thanks!

Although working with the initial guy who came out to make a quote was a little bumpy, we went with them and the install guys did a superior job and their price quote was one of the lowest of all the quotes we got (after a few annoyances with the quote guy).

Installed a 26 foot black chain link fence under my deck. Great work and great value!

Anthony was very upfront and recommend to the project scope that my wife and I wanted. Although there was some project delays due to mother nature to the start date, the team completed the paver install in less than two days with his team.

Dell was great. In addition to getting the fence I needed in quickly and correctly when I asked them about my other landscaping concern on the property they were honest and told me why I wouldn't want to get my yard graded as opposed to simply taking the business to even it out anyway. I would use Dell again for fencing, and they will likely be my first call when I do need landscaping.

Dell was great, I had them do a lot of work on my property. They were upfront and honest about the estimate and what work they thought I needed to do. I had large shrubs removed, lots of trimming, topsoil spread around the front & backyard and two smaller trees removed. Excellent work, done very quickly and with a lot of trust. I definitely recommend them!

They landscapers were thorough left the job site neat and were friendly.
