Water was all over the place from a flood. They were excellent. They had to strip everything out because the mold had contaminated everything in the basement and the first floor. They have taken care of my mold and mildew problems and I am very satisfied.

Description of Work: Came every week to clean offices for a few years. Service started off well, then slowly quality of cleaning went down. Made suggestions to improve, but got attitude from workers who were always so pleasant.

 + 0 moreWill came in and got to work right away. He did a fantastic job cleaning up everything that I saw that needed to be cleaned as well as things I didn't notice until he brought them to my attention. Aslan did an excellent job. Now I don't have to have my carpet replaced.
Description of Work: There was a disaster in the form of a 20something that decided it was a great idea to smoke in my basement, and for an ash tray to use the carpet and walls. As a result there was a significant amount of dirt and grime all over the walls, carpets, etc. of my basement that needed a really good cleaning.

 + -1 moreGeorge is sending someone out for the housecleaning, and gave a great referral for a window cleaning company. He also gave referrals for several other projects I'm currently attempting to tackle. My experience so far has been wonderful! He was very professional and offered helpful suggestions and advice, which were much appreciated. He wasn't trying to upsell me, he actually took the time to understand my project and where we might be able to cut costs. I felt he went above and beyond for me during a somewhat stressful time. He was understanding when I requested they sign a contract specifying the cost and when the work will be completed.
Description of Work: I contacted them for housecleaning work before I move out of my home.

 + -1 moreWe had major renovation completed on our house which involved all three floors -- EVERY nook and cranny was coated in construction dust. George came and looked it all over and gave us an estimate -- price was paced on the hours his clean-up crew put in. He also told us things we could do ourselves if we so desired, to keep the cost down. George is very proud of the work his company does and rightly so. My husband, who is of the "white gloves testing school" could find nothing overlooked. Fantastic job -- and it relieved us of one of the worst (but often not factored in) aspects of home improvement. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Description of Work: Post-construction cleanup of all three floors of house -- included clostets, bookshelves and windows in addition to the obvious floors, carpets, etc
