The technicians were courteous and professional. The OEM replacement windshield is exactly the same as the original, down to the clip for papers in the lower left side and the black dot shading at the top. In addition to the rear view mirror, they also replaced the inspection sticker and sticky mounts for my EZ Pass. The work took about 1/2 hour and I can't tell the difference between the new and old windshields (except of course that the new one isn't cracked).

I have nothing to complain about. I got my money's worth and he did an excellent job on my windshield. He was very responsive, clean and courteous. He got here half an hour late, but it was not a big deal.
