We offer expert drapery & Hunter Douglas shade cleaning right where they hang. We use environmentally friendly organic solvent and other green cleaning solutions. It went well. Tom explained the pricing before we scheduled the appointment.  Tom has helped me out several times and this is the second time he helped me with a sloppy painter. The first time was when a painter go paint on one of my dining room chairs. Tom is punctual, professional, affable and fair.  I recommend him and will contact him whenever carpet, drape or upholstery needs arise.

"Who is this lady? What did we do for her? No record in last twelve months of a lady by this name. Review is incomplete. Is she mistaken? Maybe she was posting to another company. Is this a joke? I have an apartment in NYC, but I'm only there for short periods of time every month.  My shears were very dirty due to construction outside the building.  I needed someone reliable who could do the work in between my visits to New York.  I checked ratings on Angie's List and selected AAA On-Site Drapery Cleaners based on the reviews.  Tom returned my call the next day, and we arranged for him to come by the apartment after I left.  My building has full service superintendent and 24 hour doorman service, so through them (they called me when he arrived to make sure I was ok with him getting in the apartment), he was able to get into the apartment, called me to give me a quote and took the drapes that day.  I told him when I would be back in the City, and he cleaned and rehung them a week before I arrived.  They're beautiful!  They look like new, and I am delighted with the service and the experience!

Tom came, on time, gave estimate. We engaged services, he picked up drapery to clean/press. Due to conflict with painter we were not ready to have drapery returned as expected. Tom stored them until we were ready. Professional, wonderful. Came back at no extra cost to clean stain on couch.
