Guy was absolutely awesome. One of the garage door springs broke Saturday night, and I put in a contact right away. Guy contacted me Sunday morning and came right out. Because it was a speciality door he had to order the part. Came back the next day and replaced the springs. The molding on one of the other doors was sticking and he replaced as well. Also replaced one of our nonfunctioning switches. He is nice, kind, honest and extremely reliable. Texted when he was on his way. Work done was perfect! Would absolutely use again and refer to friends or family.

Guy came to the house to do a tune up to the door and performed a 20 point inspection. During the inspection he found that the noise the opener was making was a gear issue that i have been hearing for a long time. Guy took the motor cover off and showed me all the gear shavings that looked like a pile of snow. After discussing all the options which he made clear without being to technical, I decided to install a brand new Lift master opener which is a belt drive mother which is so much more quiet. Thanks again Guy, your awesome!

Gaetano was great!!!! He was very informative and kind about it. he really helped me to understand how everything works in my garage with the door and opener and was easy to understand. He explained that there was options that i had and that there was a long term solution. he gave me a super quiet motor and quit door parts to match. I thought I would have to get a new door but Gaetano showed me that my door was fine but recommended changing out the door parts instead which saved me HUNDREDS! Everything works and looks great. Would definitely do business with 33rd Garage Doors again.
