Gaetano (he goes by "Guy") is the ultimate professional! He responded to my inquiry very quickly, came the next day, and clearly explained several severe issues that the original builder did wrong. He then adjusted his schedule and fixed both of my garage doors on the same day. Ask him how he got the name of his business, and you would understand why he's such a great Guy.

I love, love, love my new door! Gaetano made sure that I had all the information I needed to make the right selection. He actually talked me out of spending more money for the "pretty carriage door" and guided me to a better quality door for less money. Very honest and trustworthy.

One of the torsion springs of my garage door broke at the end of last year so I hired 33rd to fix it. From the 1st minute he started working on my garage door, he was trying to sell more stuff to me. First, I end up replacing both of the torsion springs. Then, he convinced me to get the more expensive spring. After the work is done, he told me that there is noise from the wheels. I ended up replacing all the wheels. The little repair work that I was thinking of spending at most $150 end up being $400! Worst, after a couple of months, one of the end wheels fell from the track. I put it back myself and called/emailed him. He told me that if it happens again, call him and he will come by to check it out. Well, it just happened again! You know what, he told me that he will come and charge regular repair rate! This is a complete rip-off!

Very quick, but tried to upsell a higher priced item

33rd Garage Doors responded very quickly. They came out right away even though it was not an emergency and completed the job quickly. They even had all the parts with them. Everything was fully explained and the door works better than ever. The owner is very nice and easy to work with and made sure that we understood the scope of the job and our options. We would hire him again.

Gaetano was so nice and a true professional. He explained everything I needed to know, his price was within my budget and I' m very happy with my new garage door.

He diagnosed the problems in 30-seconds. He replaced the broken tension springs with high use springs. The door is opened and closed at least a dozen or more times a day. He also realigned the tracks which were never properly aligned. Now our garage door is working smoothly and quietly for the 1st time. His prices were quite reasonable.

I would recommend 33rd to my family and friends; Guy who was the installer of my motorized door opener was excellent; he professionally installed the equipment, and explained everything step by step regarding the operation of the garage door opener; although Guy came late on both occasions, his personality made up for it.
