Work is not good. Guy did the repairs in the rain and the nick didn't seal properly and now it's spreading.

They did a decent job, but some of the sealant had worn off a couple of months later.

They would need to be more friendly and confident in their approach. They have a lack of clarity resolving issues.

I took the car to their shop and they repaired it for the next day. they kept it overnight.

I contacted my insurance company (NJ Manufacturers) they in turn routed my call to Lynx a company who contacted Safelite Auto Glass to confirm an appointment I set up. I had to sign a waiver stating Safelite is not responsible should the windshield crack further under the pressure of fixing the 1/2 inch star burst crack (it is a possibility). The process of fixing the crack went well the crack did not spread. They did an excellent job I can hardly see the crack. I see only a small tiny spec where the crack use to be. Thank you Mario for a job well done.

From beginning to end the experience with Safelite was great! I received a few emails confirming the appointment and also a picture of the technician. The tech called 30 minutes before he arrived and got to my home on time. He cleaned out the area, removed and hauled away the cracked windshield and cleaned up afterwards. He was quick and professional. Great experience if you want windshield replacement done in front of your home.

Replaced a cracked windscreen in about 20 mins at my house. No probelms.

Tech went out to my home to apply the resin on my windsheild to seal up the crack. He then verified it settled in well and its been fine ever since.

My windshield appeared to have been leaking (after a heavy snow storm, there was condensation on the inside of the window and a seal on the top was detached). I thought my windshield needed to be resealed. After squeezing me in for a Saturday morning appointment, Safelite looked at it and nothing needed to be replaced. They reattached a decorative edging and didn’t even change me. Without their honesty and expertise, I would have ending up having a $200 job done. I’d highly recommend them.

Online scheduling was accurate and fast. Appointment time was exact. Wait time was less than predicted. Overall excellent service. Highly recommend.

Serviceman was punctual, took a reasonable time to install glass on the front of my car, and he was courteous. Very professional too, gave me printed sheet and told me the glass was guaranteed by them for the life of the car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. HK

Went online to Safelite website after son informed me about crack in windshield. It had been a chip initially but he waited and it spread. Deternined windshield needed to be replaced as crack was longer than a dollar bill which was provided by the website as guide to service required. Called and spoke with a representative who scheduled a service appointment at my office which was convenient for me for a minimal charge. Technician first showed up earlier as he had time but was very accomodating to return later in the afternoon once my son had brought the car to my office. The entire service took less that 45 minutes and the cost was as estimated. The technician was very professional. He cleaned the window and also put the inspection sticker and the maintenance stickers back on the window. Could not even tell that work had been done on the vehicle. Was able to pay with my credit card which made it very convenient. Was very satisfied with overall service.

Service man was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Everything went as expected.

The Safelite franchise I used was the one in Commack NY. As stated it went smoothly, I chose to have them come to me because I am disabled I was not sure of what their waiting room accommodations, there was no additional cost for home servic.

A flying pebble made a dimple in my windsheild while driving on the parkway. Called and got an appointment for the next day. Took in my car right away. Performed service in less than hour. Was very happy with the low cost.

Everything went as planned. They were punctual and took the actual time that was stated when I contacted them.

The gentlemen showed up with a mirror and realized that it was broken and had to reschedule. A different individual showed up two weeks later and wanted to charge me over $200 more than the original quote. I told him to leave and never received a followup call form Safelite. I shopped on line and had the exact same windshield successfully installed for $400 less than they asked !!!!!
