A typical home inspection will take 2.5 – 3.5 hours to complete. I think they should be much more thorough then what was done. It was like a quick run and around the house and called it good. It was just one guy and he was alright.

"There are a few things that don't correspond to the home inspection that I did on the Emerson property; - Date of the inspection I did was November 25th of 2015 - Cost was $455 - Please re-read the report that was sent to you; if you interpreted the report as saying the home was without damage and not in need of numerous repairs, I can't fix that. There were a number of items noted that needed to be addressed as stated in the report. - Three hours doing the inspection on site + approximately another 6-8 hours doing the report isn't exactly "a quick run around" and it was never "called good". - Yet you say you would hire us again? - I'd like for this negative post to be removed as it isn't truthful."
