Service was good, part order was poorly handled, and keeping me up to date seemed haphazard at best, but installation was prompt and at time requested!

These guys were awesome. I heard a hissing sound coming from the basement and went downstairs to find the basement a steam room. This house is almost 100 years old and one of the pipes coming from the furnace (this is a converted coal system which runs now on gas) had developed a hole and was spouting boiling water and steam. I shut down the furnace and since we have/had no plumber, joined angie's list with the idea of finding a plumber who's purpose was not to rob us blind. I found Pepe plumbing which had good ratings and was one town over. I called for emergency service and they were here within 20 minutes. They did an excellent job, explained what they needed to do and required my ok. I have nothing but good things to say about this company ... and, we now have a plumber.

When the Plumber left, I had new valve stems in the shower, and the frozen pipes were cleared

Very happy with the response time,  employee knowledge,  courtesy and helpfulness.  When  the vendor arrived I had to shut the water to the house off, I was unable to shut the shower valves off and I was desperate.  When the left, my shower valves were replaced with new parts and the frozen pipes were passing water.

My combo boiler/hot water unit had been acting up for about a month. Pepe was my 4th call to a plumber. After 3 different plumbers (2 companies, 3 different people) and 3 different opinions, I was left with the decision to either reinstall my unit completely (a final recommendation from another company) or try another plumbing company for a 4th opinion. I'm glad I chose the 4th opinion...
Garrett spoke to me over the phone and after sending him pictures, gave me another opinion (which did not include reinstalling the unit). His plumber, Derik, came out the next morning, and was very professional. He was able to fix the unit, and seemed to have the best understanding of the unit and the problems that can appear.
The unit is still working properly, and from now on, I will continue to rely on Pepe Plumbing.

He's excellent. He's very courteous, quick, and neat. I'm very satisfied and would use them again.

It was a good experience. They came right over and took out the old system and installed  the new. We have not had a problem with it since it was installed.
