concrete repair
 + -1 moreTerribly. This is a very irresponsible person who can not keep an appointment, except in the beginning, when he is trying to gain your confidence and get your money. He has made a total wreck of my home, and is not following through on the work promised in the contract he signed. Please do yourself a favor an do NOT hire this man to do any construction work, or work of any kind in your home or business. He will leave you high and dry. He is definitely a sociopath, and will do a great job of selling you on his services and capability. When it comes time for work to be done, you will be left high and dry.
Description of Work: I have a signed contract for Sean McNally, the man whose name comes up as associated with this company, to repair my foundation and build a new extension onto my existing basement, with poured concrete walls, new footings, and eight foot ceiling clearance. This person did the demolition, and has left me with a 10 foot hole where my kitchen floor used to be. No actual construction has taken place, and no materials were purchased or used. He only dug a hole where the basement should be constructed. Mr. McNally apparently has several companies registered under which he approaches people for work.
