I called Door Masters on 3/18 because my key pad stopped working and I had the maintenance guy at my townhome complex try to fix it. Unfortunately, something was messed up with the unit and then everyone else's remotes were opening my garage door. Obviously I wanted this fixed quickly and they were at my house within an hour. Unfortunately the unit was not good quality and could not be fixed and they didn't have a new unit with them. They promised to come back the following day and unplugged my unit and put a lock on the garage door for my peace of mind.
Today they came back in the promised 2 hour time frame and installed the new unit. They explained how to use the machine, how to change the code and how to change any batteries. I am grateful for how quickly they were able to fix this and I feel much safer with my new unit.
