Bob was extremely professional and punctual for all of the meetings we set. He was also patient in answering all of my questions. The end product looks great and his team did a nice job cleaning up even though the install was not supervised.

This whole experience was great. We were referred to Bobby by our mason who recently rebuilt the front steps and patio. We were therefore in need of a new stair railing leading from the driveway up to the front door.  This is a fairly long distance as it first covers a patio with four steps and then a set of ten stairs to the door. Bobby came and measured the job himself.  We had previously settled on the rail design by viewing online samples of work.   The price was in line with what we expected and he even compressed his schedule in order to accommodate our request to have the railing installed prior to the holidays.
The installation was completed by Bob and his team on the agreed date.  Very smooth and no extra issues; the railing fit perfectly.  I certainly would use Maza again for another railing project.

Started off great.  Bob came and gave me a fair estimate and then I scheduled work.  He explained it would take a few weeks because he was busy, so we agreed to touch base, a few weeks from the day I was given the estimate, to schedule the work.  Few weeks went by and I followed up with Bob.  Took a few days to get him on the phone.  He then explained he was still busy and to call him back in a few days.  I left a few voicemails at that time and did not get a response.  The lack of common courtesy shown by Bob is amazing.  Because of this delay in getting back to me, I now need to start from the beginning of looking for a qualified contractor which will delay my job even further.  I could not even imagine if I tried using the "I'm to busy right now" line in my field of work.  Surprised to company stays in business with service like this.

My contact, Bobby Maza, was very knowledgeable and helped me with color choice and style. He brought an album of photographs from which I was able to find a style that I liked (the other contractor I considered just brought a few drawings). He was on time, came and stayed with his crew finishing quickly. Also, his price was very competitive. And I love the railing.

Contractor was recommended by a neighbor. He returned my phone message in just a few hours. Showed up on time for estimating and for all work. Offered many options. Completed work on time and cleaned up completely. The railings are solid and beautiful, and the price was very competitive.
