The owner, Mr. Durbek is a very nice man, easy to talk to and answer questions in a way that I can understand. He did not ask for any deposit at the signing of the contract. How rare is that ? The first payment was to cover for the materials after they were delivered, and then the balance at the completion of the job. The workers were also very nice and worked very neatly and finished in total of four days. I am very pleased with this company, and the roof of my daughter's house will be done by them soon.

Tom's team completed the job by schedule. The new roof looks wonderful. The front gutter was level and they repitched it so the water can run towards the downspout. His team is polite and professional. Completed in 3 days and properly cleaned up. Great to have them!

I was told by our exterminator who was in our attic, that the area around our chimney wasn't sealed properly and he could see daylight from the inside. I called Durbec based on other great reviews and I was happy I did. First they came to inspect. Came on time and were very nice and professional. Came back a week later to seal the area. I wasn't home and they were able to fix the area without coming back into the house. The price was very reasonable and I was very satisfied with them. I would highly recommend them.

They had about three or four people each day. I liked everything about the service. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up well. We heard they were good and I liked the way they handled the estimate process.

Tom and his crew started work as promised. They were very prompt, professional and polite. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and would happily recommend them to friends and family. (they are doing my brother's house later this month)

He was very good and very reasonable. I had damage and I had people come out and either give me wild estimates or no estimates. This guy gave me a terrific estimate and he did the job right away. There was no high pressure, no nothing. He did a good job. I had another issue that was structural and connected to the roof. He looked at it and said it wasn't the roof, it was structural and he didn't do that, that he did roofs. I have no problem with that; I understood that. I feel like I got an honest deal. After the fact, I got more money from the insurance company than he charged me. He did the job for half of what the insurance company quoted it at. I couldn't ask for any better.

He took what we thought was a major issue and solved it quickly and reasonably.

Great. Very professional, clean, neat and pleasant. I didn't know about all the roofer jokes at the time and when I heard them did not understand them. My experience with Mr Durbec was so positive.

The job went very well, on schedule with care taken to remove all debris. The new roof looks great.

Tom Durbec was always prompt - both for the estimate and for the work. The workers did a very good job (even my neighbors commented on it). The only thing that surprised me was that he was not here 95 % of the time. I thought he would be here more of the time either to supervise the workers or to do some of the work himself. Overall I am happy with the work and would recommend Durbec and Sons to anyone whe needs or wants a new roof.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY NEVER LEFT ANY MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP. THEY EVEN REMOVED ALL OF THE NAILS FROM OUR YARD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE USED THEM TO BUILD MY ROOF A FEW YEARS BACK, SO WE KNEW THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND WORKED HARD.
