I have used him for several projects in our house.  He has done excellent work.  He was punctual.  I would recommend him.  His name is Andy Leard.  He is a carpenter and he does tile work also.  He put a small like a porch edition on the back of the house.  He did some remodeling in my kitchen.  He has also done additions for other people that I know.  He said he was going to be here at 8 o'clock in the morning and he was here at 8 o'clock in the morning.  He did a nice work.  He cleaned up afterwards.  What he did was well done.  I did like him.  His service was excellent.  I liked the quality of workmanship and it was a very high quality.  He was always punctual.  If he said he was going to be at 8 o'clock and couldn't make it, he would call which was good because some people don't even show up.  He was honest.  I had a problem with the toilet may be months afterwards, I called him, he came the next day and took care of it.  Even after he was paid, he came back.  He does very nice work.  He will pretty much do whatever you want.  He will give you a reasonable estimate like a ballpark compared to other contractors.  When I did the bathroom his price was like in the middle of the higher estimates but I didn't have any lower.  He did very nice work.  He was always on time.  He likes to talk but he is very professional.  I did use him this past year to do some remodeling in my kitchen.
