Being new to the world of mortgages, we interviewed ten lenders by phone to get a feel for the process.  Barry was great from our very first conversation, answering all of our many questions and making sure that we were comfortable with each step.  Barry flawlessly coordinated our 30-year fixed conventional loan application within RHMC.  At one point, we had an extended delay from one of our third-party services that threatened our closing date; following that delay, Barry and RHMC expedited our file to make sure that we still closed on time and within our rate lock period.  All in all, we received a level of service from RHMC that one would expect to come at great expense, but RHMC had both the most competitive rate and the lowest costs of any lender we interviewed.  We would strongly recommend RHMC, particularly for first-time homebuyers.  Make sure to ask for Barry!

Run, don't walk to another lender. 
This was not my first time buying a property, so I thought I was ready for anything.  RHMC is the prime example of lousy customer service.  The epitome of terrible communication.  As the one other reviewer stated, phone calls are not returned.  Emails are ignored.  When they say they'll call they don't.   No apologies, no explanation.  
I could go into more detail but it just be piling on.  There are too many other good choices out there to waste your time with these guys.

Terrible experience with RHMC!  My refinance went on for 6 months before I pulled the plug and decided to work with another lender.  (That's 6 months that I didn't get to save on my current interest rate!)  
The sales person I worked with never called me when he said he would.  He promised updates on my loan status that he rarely provided.  Weeks and sometimes a month or longer went by with no proactive communication from them to me.  I called and emailed multiple times to try and get an update on my account and often those communication attempts went completely ignored.  I even called the supervisor to see if my sales contact had left the company - I assumed if he wasn't answering any of my calls or emails he may not be working there anymore.  Nope, he's just totally unprofessional!
Some of my documentation was mysteriously returned to me in the mail with no explanation or return address.  (Obviously, my documents with sensitive information were mishandled.)
Please save the time and hassle and find a reliable and professional lender to work with.  RHMC is not it!
