"[Member name], The water actually was not left running, but your faucet appeared to have a small leak. The plants did loose a few leaves, but they are okay and as I explained during the estimate process, most of your plants were covered by some kind weed barrier you had put on them. This barrier during the hot summer months can cause stress to bushed as well. The scope of work you actually paid for, the roof cleaning, was completed on our original visit. We did you a favor and installed two missing shingles for free, which is what you are complaining about. This was beyond the scope and should have no bearing on this review, as you had different shingles out for us that were not a match to the original."

You stated that you had misread the deal, and thought it was for a complete house washing. The deal cleary stated it was for concrete driveways, walkways, patios & decks. I explained that Angie's List can issue a credit and I am assuming that is what they did. I pride myself in customer service and I did not know there was any issue whatsoever. John was very professional and personable and I will recommend him to others. He did a great job!!
When I called for an estimate, the owner himself showed up the next day. He offered a fair price for the work that needed to be done. We left the work date open due to the weather. The very first weekend they called for good weather he called me to set up a date and time. They showed up at exactly the time he said. He and his crew worked over 3 hours on the roof and house, with special attention being paid to a large section of my gutters that were severely stained. I am so very pleased with how everything turned out. My house looks great! In a time that I was truly doubting customer service and tired of paying for services only to be disappointed, Roof Wizard changed my mind! I WILL have them back when needed and would highly recommend them!!
I would definitely would use The Roof Wizards again and I highly recommend their services.
