This business advertises that they adhere to a very specific itemized listing of what is to be cleaned in the home for each type of cleaning - Deep Cleaning (initial 2 visits, and periodically thereafter) or Every Day Cleaning. While we very satisfied with the initial 2 Deep Cleanings performed by the same 3-person crew, the next 2 Every Day Cleanings were performed by a different, new 2-person crew each time. In both cases, there were major things that were missed (many undusted areas, kitchen countertops not touched, areas of floors not vacuumed/swept, etc.). When we called the first time to report these deficiencies, they were more than accommodating to send another crew back to our house to touch up the missed areas, and again, we were happy with the touch-up. However, when I called to report the similar missed areas the next time, I was told by Beth, the Business Development Manager, "The ladies are only human and they're going to miss a few things". When I then mentioned that the areas missed were significant items, not nit-picky things, and that these things are specifically on the Every Day Cleaning list, I was told "Maybe we're not the cleaning service for you". REALLY?? So we were terminated as customers for being "repeated, unsatisfied people", and they REFUSED to come look for themselves (Beth or another manager or the owner) to see what we were talking about, they REFUSED to send another crew to touch up the missed areas, and they REFUSED to refund us our payment for this last cleaning. After 2 emails with Beth, followed by 2 emails with Jeff, the Owner, he finally agreed to refund us, but only 25% of the payment. Bottom Line: This business would rather terminate a customer than talk to their crews about missing things on the ADVERTISED, CONTRACTUAL list. Additionally, they don't require their crews to ACTUALLY USE the checklist when doing the cleanings, which would alleviate things being missed in the first place. UNBELIEVABLE! (BTW, there are multiple other reviews of this business on Yelp, ALL of which are bad and say basically the same thing: These people expect customers to accept whatever quality of services are provided, regardless of whether they meet what they advertise or not - and if you should complain about what you get more than 1 time, YOU'RE fired!)
