Plumber came same day called to check problem and next day for repairs. Had to make a small hole in kitchen ceiling and another small hole in wall to get to problem. Made as little mess of the ceiling and wall as possible; just enough to get to the problem. Work was done promptly and efficiently. Frequently use this plumber for his prompt response when called and he doesn't stop until problem is solved.
