Their service is pretty good. I have had a few problems, but they provide excellent feedback. They accidentally left my gate open and my dogs got out. But they were very responsive and they were quick to apologize. I had billing problems but they were quick to resolve those problems. They are very electronic savvy and are now better at keeping their records.
