ECC did an amazing job. From meeting with Tom Jackson, to the crews that replaced my roof soffet facia and gutters the team was amazing. They were very professional and talk about clean up. I would highly recommend anyone that needs roof or siding work to contact them.

Easy communication, work get done on time and very clean

Terrible company. They will provide you a low price and right when they start the job. They will not notify you about the extra cost of work they are doing. Once work is complete you will have to pay a big difference in price. They will threaten you about no providing you a warranty if you give a bad survey even though you are entitled to it. Please do not make the mistake and use their company.

We couldnâ t have hired a better roofing company. We received a quote from a different company before ECC Roofing. After Tom from ECC Roofing came to our home we knew we didnâ t want to use any other company. They were more pricey then our other quote but we were not willing to cheap out on something that protects our home and everything in it after we had ceiling collapse in two rooms from a snow storm. We learned when it comes to a roof you get what you pay for. Our experience from the other quote was a guy who merely stopped by our house with a drone picture of our roof and gave us a much lower price. He spent about 5 minutes in our front yard and just gave us a price. That company never stepped foot on our roof or explained anything to us. When Tom from ECC Roofing came he went on our roof. He took measurements and noted the condition of our roof. He came inside of our home with a laptop, video, and pictures of our roof. He was extremely educated about the roofing systems. He was professional and was able to answer the questions we had. He wasnâ t rushed to run out the door as if we were just another sale. After speaking to him we knew this was the company we wanted to use. We signed paperwork that day and he had a crew out the next morning to tarp the area where we had the collapse. The next week John our production manager along with a crew were at our home ripping everything off of our roof. It only took 5 days to complete from removing everything to clean up. There was a lot to be done. We had to have a complete tear off and replacement gutters included. With the roof we chose we also have a great warranty. We were also comfortable with this company knowing they have been in business for more then 20 years. We couldnâ t be happier with the job done.

Highly disappointed.! I expected better quality workmanship. I called ECC to replace shingles and concerns with indentations on the roof. The indentations are still there (even with all new plywood sheets) -- only difference indentations with new shingles. The estimate was $9,200.00, ended up paying $11,000.00. Once the job was done. The project manager did not a follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the job. I had to reach out to them to express my concerns. I regret not going with the other company.

I actually recently hired them for both roof and siding after a tree fell on my house. One phone call and they handled everything. They have their own project manager for scenarios such as this and yes even covered water and damage cleanup. Still some small items left but overall this company is professional and courteous. As normal things popped up here and there and they have resolved items without issue or complaint. I would highly recommend them to anyone and in fact, my neighbors are all asking about the great work. I have never had a more customer service-oriented outfit in my life so far and I can be a pain in the ass about details. Great job ECC!

Very accommodating and easy to work with. This was an insurance claim and they walked me through each step. Roof was installed professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended.

There were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I am pleased with the work and the professional.

Very satisfied with overall experience, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable, all questions were answered and concerns addressed. This business was very concerned with our satisfaction and worked with us. They were efficient, responsive and quick.

Our overall experience was mediocre at best. We scheduled the installation for October, and crews just never showed up. Later we were told that they called, couldn't leave a message, and that's why they didn't tell us that they weren't coming the day they had scheduled. They didn't try calling back at all, or emailing, or texting or anything else. One call, no message, and then we sat waiting, having taking a day off of work, while no one showed up. What we were sold in the estimate isn't quite what we received in reality. We were told the whole house would be tented and the estimator specifically mentioned avoiding damage to the new deck. However, workers only covered a small part of the deck, tracking dirt and debris all over the rest, leaving deep scratches in the wood, and using boards that had been staged, but hadn't been screwed in yet, as weights to keep tarps down. There were shingle-pieces embedded in lots of the spaces between boards. As far as cleanup is concerned, we were told that the crew would be "in and out in a single day," but the dumpster sat outside our house for five days, taking up most of our street parking space. In addition, we were told that cleanup crews would go around with magnets and clean up nails and other debris, but large nails were left *in the driveway* -- maybe the most damaging place they could go. The driveway had been cleared of cars, so it would have been pretty difficult to miss the nails.

We wanted to stay with a local company and we were very impressed with Jim and the crew of ECC. Jim is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions and concerns. He did not push us into making a decision that day, which we had previous contractors doing! His pricing was right on within our budget. The crew showed up early and worked continuously throughout the early evening. They picked up every possible piece of material on the ground after the install. We would highly recommend Jim and his company to our family and friends should they need any type of roofing or siding. From start to finish I was impressed with ECC Roofing. The office person I spoke with Nicole was pleasant and accommodating with my limited schedule to have the company come out and provide me with an estimate for rip off and installation of a new roof. Jim the owner came to my home and thoroughly explained the process and their quality products and installers. He was patient with all of my questions and very professional. I received a fair estimate and decided to have ECC do the work. The installers completed the job in a day and half and were very mindful of my bushes and patio furniture. They did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning up my yard- It's really as if no one was ever here. Thank for being a company I can trust. Amazingly fast work. They had a full crew that finished the job in less than a full day. Done well too; no damage to surroundings and excellent cleanup.

ECC did an awesome job on my roof replacement. Their time management skills were impeccable and their entire staff was a great help. Our sales rep, Hugh, did a wonderful presentation and kept up with any questions we have had. The girls in the office were also very good at calling us back and helped the best the could. I'm glad I chose ECC and I will use them for future projects.

I saw ECC working on my neighbors roof and decided to give them a call. I was not disappointed at all. They did a great job with my roof along with my gutters. They came out and gave me an estimate within days of me calling and the job was completed in under 2 weeks. I had a great experience with these guys. ECC Roofing & Siding was all around a great experience. I had zero issues with the pricing, scheduling, customer service & install. My roof looks wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Work started on 6/4 and did not get invoice until 6/30. A problem arose as a worker put his leg thru a bad spot in roof overhang then covered it over with sheathing and new shingles without proper repairs first.The carpenter work was slow and not very professionally done.Owners/sales person did not contact us or review job.Very disappointing to say the least. Ten days later they called to give the revised cost over the phone.We asked for a revised invoice on 6/23 and after several calls, received it on 6/30. They took the amount due from our credit card without our OK.

Had them replace 2300 sq/ft of roofing and replace quite a few panels of damaged underlay. Hugh was by far the most prepared and the greatest help for the whole process. They came when they said and were in and out far quicker then I expected, leaving the grounds in the same condition that they found them. ( a little cleaner actually). And they provided a superior guarantee at a lower price then then other 4 estimates we got. A+ in my book

Everyone in organization are quality people from Owner, Office admin to roofing personnel. They know their jobs well & end result was quality work & a satisfied customer.
