basement waterproofing
+ -1 moreThe salesman (Scott McFarland) told me that my walls and floor would be completely dry. The walls were not dry after they did the process. They had to keep coming back to try to get everything dry. Eventually, the salesman himself came back to put some stuff in the basement which took care of the floors. The walls were still wet. The warranty said that the walls are covered against moisture, but they have never been completely dry. I have been told that the salesman made promises that he should not have and that he has been fired for doing so. I have contacted several people at the company and nothing has been done to resolve the issue completely. I still have wet walls to this day and no one is responding back.
Description of Work: I hired them to come out and waterproof my basement due to some water seepage.
