I was very happy with this company when I first contacted them. They were on top of things; they called back immediately; they sent the contract via email, immediately; they sent a crew out quickly to mow our yard, and I was very pleased with the results. The contract we agreed to was that they would be out every 2 weeks to mow the yard, both front and back. Week 2 came and went and nobody showed up. Week 3 is here and nobody showed up. I've called every day this week (now week 3) and have left message after message after message and no return phone calls. If they can't fit us into their schedule, fine, tell us and we can find someone else. But, to keep us hanging with our grass growing taller by the day is totally unacceptable. I would love to be able to change this review, but in order for that to happen, I need to hear from someone in this company.

It was a difficult demolition situation and took longer than anticipated, but they stuck with their proposal and did a great job. They cleaned up after and all in all I am very pleased.

Once Chris and crew got decent weather they did an outstanding job clearing flower beds and removing dead shrubs. Weeds are completely gone and mulch looks outstanding!
