Very responsive to needs. They came when expected were professional, informative and pleasant. Would use them again when ever possible. They were a pleasure to work with and responsive to calls and follow up questions.

Our home was flooded after Hurricane Sandy and we contacted several HVAC contractors for a new system. 2 of 3 told us it would be months to install a new system. Brunner HVAC not only provided a fair estimate but installed a new furnace, duct work and water heater within a few weeks after the flood. We look forward to recommending Brunner HVAC to neighbors and friends.

The overall experience from the estimate to the completion of the job was very professional, friendly,and the performanceof Vince and Ian were great. They arrived on time and when they came into the home they covered the floors with drop cloths and made sure everything in the house was protected . They disconnected the old equipment and installed the new equipment. They kept the workplace clean and neat and when the job was complete they removed the old furnace and compressor and all the trash.during and after the install. Vince was able to answer any questions I had and he showed me how to operate everything after the job was complete.
My neighbors had recommended Brunner HVAC,so i felt good knowing that they used his services. Being a homeowner it is important to have a comfort level with a contractor who is honest ,reliable and stands behind their work performance.Vince Brunner is the owner of the company and does all the installations personally. It was a pleasure doing business with Vince and Sue and I will recommend them to friends and family.

I was totally electric and so, I converted to gas. Overall, the job was wonderful and I could not have asked for anything more. My plumber recommended him to me as he was too busy to do it. He was very neat and it was just him. So, he came on time and after he left, I never even knew that he was there. He was cutting out walls, floors and things like that but I never knew that he was there. He was very good. He was a very nice person with a very nice personality. He was very respectful. He would clearly answer the questions if you had any questions. If you had suggestions then he would listen to them. If you were upset about the way that the things were going or wanted something different then he would work with you to see how he could fix it. It was very good. It was my first experience of having a major work like that done and he could not have been a better contractor. The quality of his work was excellent. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
