Technocality Inc.

I had been contemplating a video surveillance system to compliment my existing home alarm system for more than two years. I investigated this to such a level that my wife refers to my quest as neurotic. I picked out each component of the complete system I wanted one by one. My only problem now was finding a company that would install what I wanted. I had three unique companies provide estimates, each time explaining in detail to them want I wanted. (Actually, this was more of an interview process.) Each responded well and professionally, but the representative from Technocality Inc. went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and to make suggestions which dramatically improved on what I told them I wanted. Their many years of experience proved very valuable and in the end I received a truly state of the art system which functions flawlessly and exceeded expectations. Since being install in November 2014, I have had absolutely no problems, and every time I bring up the display on my iPhone, iPad, or my laptop, I smile to myself. Since installation I have contacted them a few times with questions, and each time they responded promptly and knowledgably. Usually after a sale companies treat you like they don?t know you. Technocality Inc. always responded as if they were trying to win my business. Technocality Inc. provided a great system with outstanding day and night clarity, at a fair price, and completed all work in a professional, timely and friendly way.

I needed cameras installed at my home and was referred by a friend of Technocality Inc. They came with 2 technicians who installed 4 cameras and a NVR in 6 hours. They were very neat and clean and did a wonderful job. Now when I'm away I can look at my home from my iPhone and feel great that I can see what's going on at anytime. Thanks Technocality! The clarity of the cameras are excellent. The quality of DVR was also a great pick by the company. The technician were knowledgeable of the equipment they were installing, as well as showing myself and my wife how to operte the unit. IE: how to view our video system on our wireless devices.
