Trimming trees, trimming edges. Somebody comes once a year and we asked them what needs to be done. There was branch of a tree fell and he came right out. He's quite responsive when emergency happens.

Company was very responsive and easy to work with. Very professional and nice. It was a bit expensive, but we had a lot of work that had to be done. I would definitely hire them again.

Looks worse then when they started and same as neighbor who doesn't do any treatments. They changed employees half way through, always courteous in communication but actual service/treatments killed my lawn and left me with bald spots and weeds. Decided to cancel the service after dealing with them for 2 years and their latest reply was that I needed another treatment (which was not covered) and that its somehow my lawns fault and that its a mess. Used them at last house in PA (different Savalawn division) and had an amazing lawn. Decided to use them again in NJ even tough their price was a lot more than anyone else in the area (bad choice). Switching to a company that does the same treatments for a lot less and is all inclusive.

From our previous experience these folks keep their appointments, get the job done and explain and discuss the issue(s). I would recommend their services to others.

Took many iterations, work was always shoddy, fertilizers and pesticides didn't work.

They are a very courteous and prompt company. They do very good work. They have removed several trees, pruned bushes etc. in our yard and they always do a very nice job.

This was my second time using Saveatree. The first time, they trimmed hedges and pruned back three trees. This time, they trimmed the hedges and removed the three trees. Both encounters were positive - they did the work quickly and professionally with no surprises.

Jesse Shelton and his team did a great job. They pruned and shaped all five tall trees for good health and aesthetics.

Horrendous service by the provider. Sent me a bill for the services before work performed then was surprised that the work was never completed. When they did come, they blocked me into my driveway making me late for work. The workers pretended to not understand English when I asked them to move their vehicle. Then they sent me a bill for the services saying that it was past due. Took about 4 weeks from when the tree was removed to when the stump was removed as well. Area was not properly reseeded.

Extremely fast reply and friendly receptionist. I was able to get a representative out to my house for a quote in just a few hours from my initial call. Ultimately, the price is way too expensive and estimated job date too far out based on other work I am having done in my yard. I was able to get the actual work I wanted -- trimming only lower branches -- without any additional trimming or pruning, a much more reasonable price, along with service in just a few days by meeting with another company.

We were very happy with them. We have an old tree that we love that had taken a beating over the winter. Some of the branches looked like they were dead. They treated the tree and removed some branches, and we’re waiting for spring to see how it responds.

They arrived on time and went to work immediately. They broke for a brief time for lunch and kept on going until sundown. Everything they removed, branches, leaves, large stumps were all done efficiently and expertly and they cleaned up after themselves to our satisfaction.

They came and applied the treatments as scheduled. No problems. Everything looks good.

We were not at home when the job was done. However, based on our observation, everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I met with the Arborist for an Estimate and description of work to be done. Because the tree was on the street I insisted and was promised 1 week notice of work to inform neighbors and city of work being done. I was told it would take a month for them to get around to my property. This was fine, the more time the better. I spoke with a neighbor and promised to give them notice since they were having a contractor working on their property. One day, without a word or phone call I see them starting work. I go out to speak with them and was told since they were in the neighborhood they'd do the work because they didn't know when they'd have a chance to get to it. No notice, not even a phone call. Fine. I let them do the work. The job they did was good, professional work. I have no quarrel with the job done. When I complained about the lack of notice, I was told they did the job as contracted. I asked about a discount and was flatly rebuffed, as if I was being a freeloader. That was rude. I paid for a service, and part of the service was to be considerate of my demands of notification. A total of 642$ of work. Didn't even offer to take 20 off. They are Not getting a recommendation from me. The disregard of properly notifying me put my property at risk. If they started working without me present and there was property damage I would not have a legal claim. What if they damaged a neighbors property? I would have been liable for the damage.

I was very satisfied, they did a great job, they were quick and I would highly recommend them. Cleaned up well

I had concerned for my Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar and I had sent pictures to them prior to scheduling an appointment. On their follow-up to my email, they offered a complimentary examination of my landscaping. Gerry performed the service and very prompt. He gave a pre-call to inform me that he was in the area and he showed up on time. He answered all questions, addressed all concerns and even answered additional questions by phone after he had left. I will most definitely be using SavATree's services for fertilization and in the future.

Excellent...communication was superb and their removal of all debris was perfect. They provided exactly what was promised and I will be definitely using them again. I have also recommended them to others.

Workers were very professional. They arrived as scheduled and clearly communicated with me their assignment. The two representatives worked diligently and cleaned up entire area when the job was completed.. Everything was completed in one hour and fifteen minutes. I intend to contract with this company again next spring to trim some very large trees abutting my property. I would definitely recommend SavATree.

I use them monthly. They do a good job. My trees look great. They are very responsive and a good company. I think the price is high but I didn't shop around.

Dan arrived earlier than scheduled for the estimate. The next day when I got home the job was already done! I've used SavATree before and will certainly use them again.

Overall, we think SavATree did a great job. Though their prices are not the lowest, they are by far the most professional tree service we have experienced. Over the years, we've gotten no fewer than four quotes from other tree services for most of this work only to have the contractor never show as promised. SavATree, by contrast, was in constant communication with us, itemized all of the work, performed the work when promised, cleaned up the work areas beautifully, and handled the paper work in a timely manner. They also mailed a thank you note to our house shortly after the work was completed. My only suggestion to potential SavATree customers is to be explicit about the level of work you want done. We were a bit dissatisfied with their first attempt at trimming the hedge (not enough cut-back) and cutting down our large tree (they left more of the stump than we would have liked), but when they paid us a follow-up visit, we voiced our dissatisfaction and they agreed to return to address the problem. A few days later, SavATree returned and trimmed more of our hedge and ground the stump at no additional cost to us. The final result is quite impressive and we are VERY SATISFIED with their work. Perhaps our dissatisfaction was a result of a miscommunication on our part, but the professionalism with which SavATree handled our complaint was much appreciated and made us inclined to use their services in the future.
