"After successfully cleaning 500 sq ft of ceramic tile, a small piece of grout about an inch long has consumed you into a tirade of which we are not responsible for ,After cleaning over 500 sg ft of tile and literally over 1,000 linear feet of grout , and only a 1 inch piece of grout coming out there is nothing that a topical cleaning machine could have caused this minute piece of grout to come loose, your tirade is totally out of line .You also stated that I was rude and didn't offer to fix the grout which is not at all true, as I did offer to come out and fill in the missing grout. You told me no thanks I should have told you about it. ALso of note is that I didn't receive the call until 2 weeks after the cleaning, if it was so prevalent an issue why wasn't I called immediately? I also have to question your review after a year and a half."
"Thank you for the review, some carpets are over laden with latex in the manufacturing process, this will result in some buckling while the carpet is drying, and will always recede when completely dry. There's no way to determine the latex content of carpet prior to cleaning, and in most cases is rare."
I would certainly use them again.
I have used Craft Carpet Care two times in the past 6 months to clean and/or stretch carpets. Although I did not have any really noticeable stains on the 2 jobs, I was impressed with the professionalism of and care taken by Scott and his crew. I took apart and moved the two home theatre systems myself before each job, but the crew did move the furniture to do the job and moved it back after the job.
I am pleased with the condition of the carpets in the rooms that Scott worked on and definitely plan to use the Provider again
"Thanks again, most of my correspondence on the job was with Mr . [member name removed], we spoke about the stains and the age of the carpet as well as replacing the carpet with another type of flooring since he stated he had radiant heat on the slab that the carpet was on , we also stretched the carpet and got rid of a few bumps which there was no mention of in the review, also the age of both the carpet and dining chairs were well over 20 years, adding to the reasonable expectation of satisfactory results."
