"The customer was told that the ENTIRE roof had mold and moss instead of the tiny 4 square foot area she initially requested me to clean. I kept her up to date throughout the cleaning with photos. She said to go ahead and do what I thought was necessary, that she was "good for the money". I did the entire roof at half price for her and explained the enormous amount of work that was done and the cost of manpower and additional cleaning chemicals. Once I completed the work that she approved she refused to pay me in full."
