The whole experience from beginning to end was done with the utmost respect and professionalism. As a result of a home inspection for the sale of my home, it turned out that I needed a new furnace. I was presented with the reasons why the furnace was not functioning to it's fullest capacity, as well as, the options to remediate the issue. Everyone was courteous and practiced their craft above and beyond. It is comforting to see a team that is there for your best interest and not there to rip you off. This company is a first class operation. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Service Technician, Mike Roche arrived with a smile on his face and a great handshake. His knowledge and professionalism in knowing his craft really impressed my husband and me. He explained everything that he was doing step by step with great detail. You are very lucky to have such an employee on your team. I would highly recommend Elite. I contacted them as our condensate was leaking and from initial contact they were extremely courtesy and helpful, they advised of their call out fee from which an appointment was scheduled 48 hrs later. They said they would call before arriving at the due time and this they did, to ensure everything was still ok and they arrived promptly on time. Michael, the technician was very polite and talked me though what he believed the issue to be before starting, making sure I was comfortable with the work to be done before he proceeded. As she started to drain the system it was clear that our pump was not working correctly and needed to be replaced. He again explained the issue and then checked if he had the part with him and how much that would cost. Once agreed he finished the job, cleaned up and took the old parts away (after asking if we wanted to keep). The invoice for the work was emailed to me before he left. I found Michael very friendly and completely professional and would recommend Elite for future work!

Our initial issue was a not functioning furnace. With impending cold weather in the forecast was concerned with getting someone out quickly. They had availability later the same day I called. Two technicians came out, I believe one was in training. They quickly diagnosed a bad pressure switch. We discussed a maintenance plan and the value made sense to cover both furnaces and both air conditioner systems. After fixing the first furnace and performing an annual maintenance they checked out the second furnace. They discovered a part beginning to fail. They were upfront that the part was not yet broken and the system was still fully functional. I did not want to chance a failing unit on a cold night so I went ahead with the replacement. They waived the initial diagnostic fee on the first furnace and only charged me for the maintenance contract and parts.

OUTSTANDING! We knew our furnace was on borrowed time and of course it conked out during a crazy cold spell. They came first thing the next morning to give us a quote, and were there two days later to install since the unit had to be ordered. The crew was incredible, and took every possible precaution to keep my house clean. They were neat and courteous and when the job became way more involved than originally thought, they worked right through without a complaint. What we thought was a half day job became an all day affair, from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, and these guys never wasted time, and never complained. Best of all, their price was way lower than other quotes we got and we couldn't be more pleased with their efficiency service. We are their newest #1 fans, and are SO grateful to find good, old fashioned hard working, honest professionals!

Everything went extremely well. Joe Wear designed a new system for me. He relocated the noisy main air return that was in my living room to the foyer steps. Joe Montalvo the salesman patiently gave me all the information I needed to be assured that I would love my new Lennox furnace. He answered all of my questions and was patient and knowledgeable. The technicians, Bruce and Travis were the best. They knew the system and were meticulous with everything in my home. They worked hard to get the job done in 2 days, even working through lunch hours in the heat and answered all of my questions that I had along the way. Joe Wear was overseeing the entire process to make sure everything would work properly. I love my new Lennox Furnace and Elite was the best through the entire process from start to finish. I would never trust or use anyone else again.

Our AC unit has a blown fan motor + some worn parts, so he corrected identified the problem (first time out), ordered the parts - they came in next morning, so just 1 day of "suffering", not too bad! - He came out the next afternoon, and in the 96 deg heat, installed the new parts and had us up & running in less than 2 hrs. I gave him plenty of Gatorade + shade to work. "Steve", the Technician, was awesome - I went out to check on him periodically, made sure he had everything he needed (very important part of the teamwork needed btwn home-owner and technician, IMHO). Steve made sure all systems we're a go, then we turned on the system - at first it didn't come on, so a little panic, but I remembered that we had the downstairs emerg switch in the OFF position...turned it on, and we're back in business! The only Don't I would recommend, would be to remember to turn that hat Emergency switch back on after you're done, otherwise you'll be hunting around for hrs to continue troubleshooting!!

The best feedback about Elite was, they kept calling to provide me an update on when Steve was showing up. I was initially a little upset on why they didn't carry what I thought we're "Standard parts" for Ruud HVAC unit, but the manager called me back to say that due to the age of my unit (20 yrs), those parts on not typically in stock...and he was 100% correct! The bottom line, they came in 10:30am next day, manager told me all was in order and we were the "next visit". I made sure Steve, the original technician, was coming back to do the work. A VERY important step, as I'm sure many  of the Big Box HVAC 1-800 guys, will come out with different tech's and have to figure out what the first guy did. Elite was first class in their service, they get an A+ from me...and I can be a little tough to satisfy too!

Elite Air is a great company. They are professional and show concern for their clients. I had no heat for 4 days. I called Elite's emergency number and someone got back to me within 15 minutes. The tech John was at my home 30 minute after office opened. John was very professional and helpful. He not only told me what the problem was with my unit ,but also told me how to keep my pipes from breaking until my unit is fixed. Linda in the office kept me updated on when the part would come in. John and his assistant came to my home as soon as the part came in. The part was the wrong one so they went directly to the supplier and got the correct part. It took them no time to put in the part.

They always do a great job. I have used them multiple times. They are prompt, efficient and professional. They are not the cheapest but the quality of their work is worth it. I would recommend them.

It went extremely well overall.

They are not as responsive as we would like them to be; they don’t always call back the first. When we bug them, they come out and they are pretty good. The quality of people is good.
