He was very punctual, came when he said he would. He was very pleasant. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the toilet and the toilet seat. I was unhappy with the color of the toilet seat so he went back to where I bought toilet to see if they had a different color. He brought back the second toilet to see if it was any better (it was not).
