It went very slowly we saw progress but very slowly. The job was started in November and when it got cold he had 2/3rds of the work done and he just never came back. We had the town inspector come out and he failed the job. The inspector found that he had put shingles over completely rotten wood rather than replacing the wood. We had already purchased new wood for him to replace the rotting wood but he used it as a table instead and ruined it.The shingles on the back of the roof had no tar paper and they were falling off. He also left scaffolding in my yard, masses of trash all around my house in addition to the big stacks of shingles he left on top of my roof. Now that he left all the extra materials exposed in the elements we cannot return them and will most likely have to repurchase them again to replace our roof.
