Lester was a real professional. He showed up on time for our free estimate. He provided a detailed estimate in 2 days as he promised. Most important he did excellent work and completed project on time. He notified us about some issues he found during the project and updated us how he would resolve them and provided an estimate of the cost. I would recommend Lester for any home improvement projects. LKAM Construction remodeled a bathroom for us. The high quality work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. Les and his team were very respectful of our home. The impact on the rest of the house was minimal with a complete clean-up performed each evening. The remodel included demolition to studs and sub-floor plus framing, cutting and installing a new window. Les made several helpful design suggestions, particularly regarding floor and shower tiling. Minor plumbing modifications were handled without issue. We are pleased with our new bathroom and I would not hesitate to use LKAM Construction again or recommend them to a friend.

This contractor is not honest. Even little changes he will ask a big cost.

I absolutely love my new bathroom!!! Not only did Les bring my vision to life but he enhanced it. I had several contractors come in to give me an estimate. LKAM was the most reasonable. Les is the BEST - everything that he does is done the right way. Our project turned out to be alot more involved that we initially thought, but Les made some changes & our bathroom is the nicest room in the house. We already want him to re-do our kitchen ! Lester was professional, prompt, honest, and friendly. He came to our home on time to assess the job, brought various pictures of his work with him and sent us an estimate within two days. Lester had ideas in mind for fixtures, tiles etc. and then took me shopping to make the final decision. He started the job on the day he said he would and did a beautiful job. We hired Lester since he was the most down-to-earth, honest contractor we have encountered in the last 7 years living in this house.
