Description of Work: We originally paid $180 to clean out the vents, but when the man came to check them out he informed us that our furnace/AC unit had to be taken apart and cleaned completely. We were charged $500 more. We never realized how much dust and dirt piles up there and we had never had it done since we put the new one up 16 years ago. It explains why we have been losing so much heat in the top floors during the wintertime. It turned out pricey, but it was worth it.
