They were great. It was really good. We have always had good luck with them. We were satisfied with the price. They were very responsive. I wasn't home when they did the work.

They were prompt and came exactly when they said they would in the morning which was nice as I didn't have to wait around all day. Timely in a situation when we didn't have heat. Very friendly individual that came out as well.

They did a good job. I chose them because their report card was good and they are pretty local to where I live. The price came in at basically what they said it would be.

They were very fast, clean and professional. We expected that the adjacent walls might be impacted, requiring some spackling and painting, but were surprised that they were left in perfect condition. Both guys were very friendly.

EVERYTHING WAS A PROBLEM. THE NEW FURNACE QUIT WORKING, AND IT WAS SOMEHOW MY FAULT. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING BUT HAS AN EXTREMELY POOR ATTITUDE. IF SOMEONE ASKED ME IF THEY SHOULD USE HIM, I WOULD TELL THEM TO STAY AWAY. HE IS VERY ABUSIVE.

THE GUY THAT ACTUALLY INSTALLED THE FURNACE DID A REALLY NICE JOB. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN HE WAS FINISHED. I THINK THE PRICE THAT THE COMPANY CHARGED ME WAS REASONABLE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
