After a few treatments by Ryan  The first year our lawn was infected by chinch bugs and a portion of our front lawn was damaged,  We contacted Ryan and asked him to repair and he did clear up dead grass and reseed the area after retreating for the chinch bugs.   We noticed the grass was not growing well so we reached out to Ryan and he advised that it would grow back in next year. We waited till the next year and Ryan asked if we wanted to renew our maitenance   contract with him.   We figured last year must have been a accidental occurrence so we signed up again.  This year the lawn was infected again and the damage was more extensive because Ryan did not respond to our communications and when he did he did he mentioned to see if it will correct it self.   After threatening that we will have to take stronger methods to resolve the our concern Ryan responded and came to treat the chinch bugs.   Approx month latter he aerated and reseeded the lawn.   As it did the prior year the lawn did not grow back.    We decided to cut our loses and find a professional lawn service to help repair the damage down by TK landscape.   It also turns out the friend that recommended TK landscape also had similar problems after he recommended him to me.   I would warn all to learn from my experience and save yourself some headache a find a more reputable provided on Angies List.  I will not make this mistake again.
