STONE-N-COUNTERS

Recently ordered a quartz seat for a stall shower, in addition to a quartz saddle and two quartz corner shelves.  When we placed the order we asked that the corner shelves be finished underneath.  We actually have the written order indicating same.  We picked up the four pieces and when we got home noticed that the corner shelves were not finished underneath.  We went back the next day and asked if the shelves could be finished underneath.  The individual that took the original order was not there but the individual that was there told us that they don't finish underneath.  She proceeded to say that she could check but it might cost us more money.  If they don't finish underneath how could more money fix it?  We didn't plan to spend more money. The shelves were $50 a piece as it was.  I showed her the order that specifically stated the shelves should be finished underneath. She said that she wasn't there the day the order was written up because if she was she would have informed the other individual that finishing the shelves underneath could not be done.  I even asked if they could take some money off of the price of the shelves and she said she couldn't do that.  They should better educate  those employees that write up the orders as to what processes they can and can't do and to have employees check before orders are placed.

The process was smooth and easy. We had heard from friends that we should try Stone N Counters and we stopped by on the very cold Thursday afternoon just to take a look at the available options. We wanted new quartz countertops and needed around 20 sq. ft - one 42 inch vanity and one 84 inch double sink vanity. Shauna suggested we look at the partial slabs they had on hand since we didn't need to purchase a full slab. We looked outside for just a few minutes and found just what we were looking for in a quartz countertop. We went back inside while they worked up an estimate for removing old counters, installing new counters & undermount sinks (which they also carried), and backsplashes. The following Monday Sergio came in to demo the old counters and template the new ones. Three days later the installation crew arrived and installed the quartz tops and the 3 sinks. They did a fantastic job. Within a week we changed the entire look of both bathrooms. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. They were a pleasure to work with and we would use them again in the future.

It went very smoothly. Stone N Counters sent us to Everest Marble to pick out the exact granite slab we wanted. Sergio showed up exactly on time to make the template, and several days later a crew of three arrived and installed the countertop. Unfortunately, the backsplash was slightly too high, so they took it back and returned with the trimmed backsplash within a few days and installed it. Very professional men, all of them.
I'd definitely recommend Stone N Counters to my neighbors.

Anitra at the store was very helpful and nice and gave some great advice. When they did not have a slab big enough for my job, she directed me to their supplier. I picked my slab. Sergio, who was also very nice and professional, came out to template the work on Tuesday, and everything was finished and installed on Friday. Very quick turn-around and quality work.

The work was done with a very short turn around time. It was done quickly and perfectly.

We were very pleased with the overall service provided by Stone N Counters. They provided the materials, did all the measurements and installed the new granite counter tops without any issues. They also recommended a contractor to do the initial demolition who were also excellent and did the work at a reasonable price. The contractor was Artistic Kitchens and Baths in North Haledon, NJ. Overall we were very pleased with the overall work and highly recommend Stone N Counters to anyone who needs counter tops.

THIS COMPANY DID GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME SO THAT I WASN'T BOTHERED BY THEM. THE WORKERS ALL KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WERE VERY GOOD TO ME. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH EVERYTHING.
