As you have heard from anyone who does a remodel, if you change the plans it will cost you more and may take more time. My advise for anyone doing a remodel is to have your decisions made before you start the remodel and then stick with those decisions.
Having said that, this company was wonderful at adapting to my changes and took all of them in stride.
