The guy is a complete scum bag and please do not make the mistakes I have made. The only time he comes to site is when he needs money and does not have any sense of construction. The worst of all he takes money and then he doesn't pay his workers some of whom are hard workers. That's why he rotates his crew or rather changes crew when they quit after not being paid for a few days. There will be days that will go by and he will not come to the site at all.
