They did such a great job with the first inspection we decided to cancel
the contract to purchase the house based on the defects they found, and
then used them for a subsequent inspection on the home we purchased.
They are very thorough, prompt and good- it is a father/son team and
they really both know what they are doing.  Had quotes from other
inspection companies that were going to charge upwards of $700 and we
thought their price was reasonable and a good bargain based on the
comprehensive report they provided.

This father and son team is a perfect combination of knowledge, skill and attitude. Foresight Consulting was referred to me by my lawyer during our home inspection phase of buying a house. I initially spoke to Chris and he gave me a very detailed scope of work and a very decent quote. He was very professional and not in a rush in answering all my questions. They came on time and they were very thorough in inspecting the whole house. From the sidewalk in front of the house all the way to the backyard. They were really very thorough and took their time as if they were inspecting their own house.  They both were really knowledgeable and provided an invaluable advice to every aspect of the inspection. Having these guys gave me the peace of mind and the power to ask the seller for remediation. Their report was extensively written as well. Mine was around 30+ pages organized by area with pictures included. This report gave me a true understanding of everything about the house that I'm buying. And not only that, they returned my calls promptly and even went out of their way answering questions not even related to their scope of work. I would highly recommend them to everyone.  They are honest, genuine and have an excellent attitude towards their customers.
