I wasn't paying much attention to the weather, which was terrible. i called and made an appointment for 4 pm and then later called to make the appointment earlier. My technician told me the salon stayed open for me. I was very impressed that, on a nasty day when businesses around it were closing, this salon made an appointment for a new customer that made it stay open.

Many of the stylists here are great. My favorites are Jamie M. and Jonathan. They discuss everything with me first, educate me, and take their time. I trust them.

Fabulous! My stylist sits me down before doing anything to discuss what I want done, what worked and what hasn't in the past, provided options...once I had decided what I wanted, she performed her magic, and I have never been happier! Love the cut, the responsiveness to my suggestions, and the general atmosphere of the salon!

While I was disappointed that they stopped taking third party (SpaWish, etc.) gift certificates, I still think their services provide a good return for the cost. All the providers are friendly, professional and attentive to client needs.

Unfortunately, sometimes the third party providers change their financial arrangements which make it difficult for businesses to continue utilizing their services. Tranquility will always pay it's service providers the full value due to them - regardless of the income for that service. We also have our Tranquility Thank You program where clients can earn money in their bank for pre-booking, retail, etc. That always can help!"

We are sorry that you felt rushed; our expectations for our guests are to have a relaxed and enjoyable visit. We always encourage our guests to let us know when your expectations are not met! As far as price goes, that can be subjective and we ask our service providers to make sure pricing is completely understood before starting services. Your visit also included about $60 of retail product. We offer many giveback programs to our guests in which they can earn dollars for future visits via prebooking, retail purchases, trying new services, referrals, etc. Thank you"

I went for a manicure and hair cut today. First of all the salon is very nice and very clean. The manicure was very relaxing (and I don't typically get manicures ). What I was most impressed with though was my stylist, Allie. I have a cyst on the top of my head which is always a bit embarrassing to explain to stylists, but she put me completely at ease and gave some great suggestions for my cut without being forceful. It is a bit pricier than some salons I have been to, but definitely worth the price and a great value.

I called them the day before this appointment and they were able to fit me in right away which was great, especially for a first time customer. I also found a coupon online for a 20% discount. I felt that their pricing was competitive. The facility is very relaxing and comfortable.
The main reason I went to this salon was to see a specific stylist, and I didn't end up getting to have her cut my hair even though I requested her. Everyone who did work for me was great and I left very happy. I would definitely recommend them to others.
