Terrible experience. Sonshine quoted $1,100 for power washing front, back and side patios, and a back porch. Photos provided included many contents to be moved. I moved all the items and they did not.wash the porch, but still charged full price. They called and email multiple times the next day to collect final payment. Because it was a busy day, I could speak with them until 3 pm the day after the work. This was the 2nd time I used them, yet they treated me like I was trying to dodge payment. Very rude, obnoxious and hung up on me. If you're working in trades, you need to be able to wait 24 hours for payment. Terrible experience.

Wonderful job.  I had contracted to have the windows washed prior to selling the house but planned to power wash it  myself.  They gave me an instant quote to the power washing and  completed both jobs in a couple of hours.

We like there service. They did the inside and outside of the windows.  Everything associated with cleaning the whole window.

They came on time and did a good job. They were able rid of 15 years worth of grime. We had no problems with scheduling.

They're a little expensive. They do a good job. The only issue that I have is they didn't put all the furniture back as I recall, they didn't put it back the way they should have. I had to move them back myself but they cleaned the windows very well. They showed up on time and cleaned the windows well, there are no streaks and it was clear. They did the whole thing.

Went very well on all window surfaces and sills. Only thing they did not do was clean the black moldy residue around the windows in the bathroom and told me we could use the Mr Clean foam scrub on it. Since it was around the windows, expected this would be part of the cleaning. The price was also slightly increased due to double paned doors in sunroom area. They use water on windows - expected they would use Rainex or similar.

Everything really well. Pricier than other services, but this is first time I sue this service.

We stopped using them because they were not competitively priced. They did a good job, they were just significantly high.

The excellent service and professionalism started when I made the appointment. Very thorough questions about the house and number of windows. The guys on the job were very professional and punctual. They did a great job and I will be using them again in the Fall.

I have been using Sonshine for many years for a property at the Jersey shore and this is the 2nd year I have used them here. They are prompt, courteous and do a fine job.

On the estimate I was quoted $642.00 but then my bill was $722.25. He put up a towel bar for me as well, and I am not sure if that were this extra $80 is coming from but I feel like I was underhanded with the price because he told me the final bill was $642.00. I did compensate him a little extra for the towel bar but he ended up adding $80 to my final bill and I am not sure why. When I called to follow up he said he would issue me the credit for the $80.25 difference, this was about a month ago and I have never gotten this credit.

They were able to get me right on their schedule, despite trouble getting scheduled with another company, due to the time of year. They did a good job. I had used them before.

The job was planned to be carried out in the afternoon.
They arrived on time and were very courteous. Price was a little high by my estimate. The previous owner paid about $40 less for the same job, it seems, but that was 5 years back.
Although the workers were very helpful and eager to answer any questions I had, they seemed a little pressed for time from the very beginning. They were trying to hurry. The job took a little longer than what they estimated when I booked.
Near the end, about 40 minutes before the job was completed, one of the workers of the first team left but was replaced by a couple of workers who arrived in a second truck.
The new workers were also very courteous and helpful and didn't seem to be pressed for time.
But the next morning, when fresh sunshine fell on the windows, I found that several of them had squegee marks on them.
This seemed to be a result of hurrying as, otherwise, the quality of the job was quite good.
