Follow up 20 yrs. Later. All work covered ubder honored warranty. Drain needed opening again after a flood in the basement caused by power outage. Bone dry came immediately and followed up as other wall repairs were made. So grateful. No charge.

Bruce was able to come out the same day that I called. He agreed to install the new pump through the water, got the job done quickly, and kept everything as neat as possible while he was here. He also gave me some great advice for a battery backup and lots of good information about the pump he installed. He was extremely nice to work with, and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a dry basement!

When I bought my house, it was supposed to have a lovely home office, not an indoor pool.
We tried everything to solve our water problems at our home: new gutters, sealing the cinder block, having a landscaper bring in an excavator and dig exterior drainage...  We spent thousands of dollars and countless hours with a shop vac.  I should have called Bone-Dry at the outset of our water problems.
Apparently, when our home's addition was built by its previous owners, the cinder block foundation was built on TOP of a concrete slab, rather than pouring the concrete inside the foundation.  This allowed water to pool on top of the concrete and seep in under the cinder block.  Every single time it rained a significant amount, we'd have 20-100 gallons of water on the floor.
Bruce's team brought in the jackhammers and installed an interior drainage system along with a pump and battery backup.  It was loud and took all day, but they were clean.  They put up plastic to keep the dust limited to that area, and explained every step of their process.
Now, whenever that pump kicks on, it's like angels singing in my ears.  The peace of mind that I've had in the last two years is difficult to describe, but we've been through massive amounts of rain and I haven't had a single drop of water on my floor in two years.
I've dealt with far too many contractors that look to get a paycheck and move on, but Bruce is an absolute professional and worth every cent.  Put simply... Bruce and the folks and Bone-Dry changed our lives, and made our nightmare of a problem just a bad memory.

These guys were great. Bruce showed up for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and provided a list of all their customers to call as referrals, which included two people I knew and who I know had not been given anything in exchange for the recommendation. The system was installed on time and when there was a problem about six months later, they showed up within 24 hours to rectify the issue. I would definitely recommend them!

The job was reasonably priced. The crew showed up on time. When everything dried the concrete on the edge of the floor was a little rough. When I called, they came out and fixed it right away.

I would rate them the best. They did an awesome job and I would give them the highest marks. They're very professional. They're on time and clean. They have quality workmanship and the price was good. They were great and personable. I spent around $5000 on their services. I will definitely use them again in the future if necessary.
