Chris is very prompt with responses/inquiries.  He will text or call to inform the customer if he will be delayed in arriving at your home. He will clean up after the job is complete.  Chris will make sure you are happy with his work and he is proud of the quality of his services.  I would highly recommend using Chris for all plumbing needs and would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.  Feel confident recommending and posting feedback to the Angie's List community.

Chris came in and did an assessment and gave me all my options. He was quick and very professional and even called back quickly with follow up information that I had requested.

Chris fixed the clog in the line leading from the utility sink in our laundry room. The washing machine empties into this sink, and the sink in the kitchen sends water to the same line. Chris came by to do an estimate on Thurdsay, and although I said we could wait until Monday for the fix, he called on Saturday and wanted to come by on Sunday. Chris was able to snake the line and undo the clog. It took less time than expected, and our sink is now draining well.

I contacted the company via email and was contacted promptly. Chris and I communicated via email and telephone he was very professional and his prices were fair. The work was neat and professional. Chris explained everything along the way to make sure I understood what was being done. There were no hidden charges. He did exactly what he said and I have no complaints. A call was made to confirm the arrival time and again to advise that they were on their way. I can't say enough good things about this company.
